A reporter friend just told me he is with ODM leaders now, heading into town for a rally.
The cover of one of the national papers announced a rally for today. Maybe they decided to follow through despite the confusion? Maybe there are people who are intentionally seeding the confusion in hopes of diffusing the energy?
Given that there are apparently no large groups of people moving into town to join them, we will see how the rally goes.
